Tagliolini Marilungo al Nero di Seppia con Zucchine e Gamberetti

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 250g Tagliolini Marilungo al Nero di Seppia

  • 4 zucchini

  • Half onion

  • 300g of peeled shrimp

  • Parsley

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Cook the zucchini cut into small pieces with half an onion and extra virgin olive oil to your liking.
Add the shrimp and cook until they have browned.
Cook the Marilungo Tagliolini al Nero di Seppia in abundant salted water.
Drain the pasta and keep it in the pan where you prepared all the ingredients.
Add cooking water, parsley and a drizzle of raw extra virgin olive oil.
