Tagliolini Marilungo al tonno e olive

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 250g Tagliolini Marilungo

  • 100g tuna underwater

  • 150g pitted green and black olives

  • 300g chopped tomatoes

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • Parsley to taste

  • Chili to taste

Preparation

Fry the olive oil, the crushed garlic and the chili in a pan.
Pour the chopped tomatoes.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Add the tuna and olives, mix everything for a few minutes.
Cook the tagliolini in abundant salted water, drain and sauté them in the pan with the sauce.
Serve at the table sprinkling with chopped parsley.
