Fettuccine Marilungo al farro con zucchine

Ingredients for 4 portions

  • 250g Fettuccine Marilungo

  • 2 Tropea onions

  • 4 zucchini

  • Grated Parmesan to taste

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Preparation

Prepare a sauté in a non-stick pan with extra virgin olive oil and thinly sliced Tropea onions.
Cut the zucchini into slices and brown together with the oil and onion.
Boil the fettuccine Marilungo in water, which you will have salted only at the time of boiling.
Drain the pasta and stir in the pan with the zucchini, onion and oil.
Serve at the table with grated Parmesan cheese to taste.
