Tagliatelle Marilungo al tartufo

Ingredients for 4 People

  • Tagliatelle with truffle Marilungo

  • 500ml whipped cream

  • 300ml milk

  • 1 black truffle

  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste

  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Boil 3 liters of water.
In the meantime, mix the cream with the milk and the extra virgin olive oil in a saucepan.
Immerse the Marilungo Tagliatelle with Truffle in the water and after 1 minute mix the pasta gently.
After a minute and a half, drain the pasta and put it in the saucepan together with the cream and milk.
Mix everything by adding at least 1 half cup of cooking water.
Serve the dish with black truffle flakes at will.
