Ingredients for 4 people

  • 250g Tortiglietti IlMulino di Gragnano

  • 150g black olives

  • 2 mozzarella (125g)

  • 4 fresh tomatoes (500g)

  • Fresh basil to taste

  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste

  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation

Boil the Tortiglietti IlMulino di Gragnano in salted water.
Drain the pasta and let it cool for a few minutes.
Put the pasta in a convenient container, add the mozzarella and chopped tomatoes, the black olives, the fresh basil and season it with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
