Fettuccine Marilungo prosciutto e limone

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PORTIONS

  • 250g fettuccine Marilungo

  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste

  • 150g raw ham or speck

  • Lemon peel to taste

  • Ginger to taste

  • Parsley to taste

  • Grated Parmesan to taste

PREPARATION

Cut the ham into strips with a pair of scissors and put it in a pan with half a glass of extra virgin olive oil and chopped parsley.
Cook the fettuccine in plenty of water, which you will only add to when it boils.
Drain them and put them in the pan where you prepared the ingredients.
Heat everything and add some vegetable broth.
Add a pinch of ginger and grated lemon peel.
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese to taste.
