Fettuccine Marilungo Alfredo

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PORTIONS

  • 250g Fettuccine Marilungo

  • 150g butter

  • 250g Parmesan cheese

  • White pepper to taste

  • Chili to taste

Preparation

Cook the fettuccine Marilungo in plenty of boiling water, salt to taste. Drain them al dente.
In the meantime, prepare a pan in which you will put the softened butter at room temperature and the fettuccine.
Mix everything well, add the grated Parmesan and continue to stir, adding a little cooking water, until the Parmesan is dissolved and you have obtained a soft and homogeneous sauce.
Finally, season to taste with white pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
